An event dedicated to southern cultures with bands playing salsa, rai music, flamenco, Occitan music, tango, accordion music, banda bands and marching bands, Sevillana dance etc.
A popular, festive and convivial event.

Every day, all types of banda bands and brass bands will roam the Bastide St Louis to bring the streets to life in the colours of “Carcassonne celebrates the South”. Free concerts and events will be organised every night on the André Chénier square, and fifty bodegas which will serve food (tapas, paella etc.) all night. A pure moment of convivial fiesta with music and dancing which epitomise our regions and make our cultures.
Numerous regional, national and international artists from various walks of life will perform on the stage of the André Chénier square and in the streets of the city centre.
